CSA Supervisor (Data Center)

OVERVIEWWe are seeking an experienced Senior Archi Engineer directly oversees on-site civil, structural, and architectural construction activities for the Data Center programme in Indonesia. Working under the Senior C&S Engineer and Construction Manager, this role ensures that day-to-day works are carried out safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSupervise daily CSA construction activities including earthworks, concrete pours, structural erection, and architectural finishes.Inspect and record the quality of civil and structural works through ITPs, hold points, and witness checks.Coordinate labour and equipment resources deployed by civil and structural contractors.Ensure all workers comply with site HSE rules and safe work method statements.Review and verify material deliveries against approved submittals and specifications.Maintain daily site diaries recording work executed, resources deployed, and any issues.Flag non-conformances and technical issues to the Senior C&S Engineer for resolution.Coordinate with MEP and ELV supervisors to manage interface works and avoid clashes.Track progress of CSA works against the lookahead programme and report to the Construction Manager.Support preparation of as-built records for civil and structural elements.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONSMinimum 8 years of on-site construction supervision experience in civil, structural, or architectural works.Practical knowledge of reinforced concrete construction, structural steel erection, and architectural fit-out.Familiarity with Indonesian construction quality standards and inspection procedures.Experience on large commercial, industrial, or mission-critical facility projects preferred.Certificate or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent vocational qualification.Strong site inspection skills and understanding of ITP processes.Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia; working English literacy preferred.Good HSE awareness; K3 Konstruksi certification preferred.Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-contractor site environment.
