Project Manager - Fire Protection

MSS Base Fire Protection is one of Sydney’s Leading Fire Protection companies and have been providing Design and Construct Fire Services for over 20 years.

Due to ongoing and growing demand we now have a great opportunity available to employ an experienced and energetic Project Manager in Fire Protection on a permanent basis to manage numerous projects.

WE'RE HIRING!

You will be working with a collaborative and dynamic team of professionals delivering some of Sydney’s profile buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management of multiple projects (Minor & Major Works) 

• Oversee Trades staff 

• Report and liaise directly with the Construction Manager of the business

• Delegate works to ensure the smooth running of the projects

• Liaise with builders and contractors

• Project plan and cost control

• Estimating and business development

 Experience required:

• Project Manager experience in the fire protection industry (essential)

• Wet Fire background is beneficial

• Strong knowledge of Australian Standards within fire safety systems

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects

• Ability to effectively manage and develop a team of tradespersons and Supervisors

• Strong time management and communication skills

Valid Work Rights   

To be considered for this role you must have valid work rights in Australia, sponsorship is not available.   

You must be an Australian Citizen, Australia Permanent Resident or have a valid working visa.  

You must be able to obtain police clearance and working with children check.
