About the Role

As part of our Service Department, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing a wide range of commercial heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems throughout Melbourne.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Completing scheduled service and maintenance work to a high standard.

• Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs on commercial HVAC equipment.

• Building professional relationships with customers on site.

• Maintaining accurate service records and reports.

• Participating in ongoing technical training and development.

• Following all workplace health and safety procedures and company policies.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

• Current residence in Melbourne, Australia.

• Relevant HVAC trade qualifications.

• Current ARC Refrigerant Handling Licence.

• Electrical Disconnect/Reconnect (D) Permit.

• White Card.

• Current Australian Driver Licence.

• Working with Children Check.

• Police Check (or willingness to obtain one).

• Strong knowledge of commercial air conditioning maintenance and relevant Australian standards.

• Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

• A professional attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
