This is a full-time position offering stability, competitive salary, and opportunities for professional development. Key Responsibilities Prepare and finish concrete surfaces to a high standard

Perform grinding, polishing, and coating applications Operate specialised tools and machinery safely and efficiently Assess surfaces and determine appropriate finishing techniques

Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards Work collaboratively with team members on-site Maintain tools and equipment in good condition

About You Cert III or proven experience as a Floor Finisher or similar role

Knowledge of concrete grinding, polishing, and coating systems Ability to operate relevant machinery and tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Good physical fitness and ability to work on-site Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented White Card (Construction Induction) preferred
