We are seeking an enthusiastic Break Cover Educator to join our team at Cambrian Preschool.

At Cambrian Preschool in Melton West, we know that early experiences shape a child's future learning, with play-based programs tailored to each child's interests and needs, helping them reach their full potential.
We encourage children to make choices and guide their own learning, building confidence and independence. We also recognise the important role families play in a child's learning journey, and we foster strong partnerships between educators and parents to support every child.

This is a part-time, fixed-term opportunity concluding on 26 January 2027.

Position: Diploma Educator
Hours: Thursday, 12:30pm-2:30pm
Total: 2 hours per week

About you

• You're reflective, curious and purpose-led, with a deep commitment to making a difference.
• You're open to learning and understanding the unique needs of every child.
• You're a critical thinker and collaborative team member.
• You have a drive to grow and improve continually.
• You value kindness and respect.
• You have great knowledge of the child safe standards and early childhood regulations.
• You hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent, a WWCC, mandatory reporting certificate, police check and a first aid certificate.
