People Shared Services Coordinator

We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused People Shared Services Coordinator to join our People & Culture team following an internal promotion.

Supporting more than 5,000 employees across 240+ childcare centres, you'll play a critical role in delivering a seamless onboarding experience for new team members while ensuring the accuracy, integrity and compliance of employee data across our HR systems.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working with systems, data and process improvement, while also providing exceptional customer service and support to employees and stakeholders across the business.

The role:

• Manage onboarding activities for new employees, ensuring all documentation and information is accurately entered and processed within the HRIS.
• Maintain employee records including personal details, employment changes, qualifications, certifications and licences.
• Support the ongoing maintenance of the ACECQA Worker Register, ensuring compliance and data accuracy.
• Monitor and uphold data integrity across HR systems through thorough validation and quality assurance processes.
• Identify data discrepancies, non-compliance risks and process improvement opportunities, working collaboratively to resolve issues.
• Respond to employee and stakeholder enquiries, providing timely and professional support across a range of People & Culture matters.
• Process and coordinate uniform orders and related enquiries.
• Partner closely with the wider People Shared Services team to deliver efficient, high-quality administrative support.

Skills and experience you'll need to be successful:

• Previous experience working within a HRIS environment, preferably SuccessFactors or a similar platform.
• Diploma qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (desirable).
• Strong administrative experience with a demonstrated focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Experience producing reports, analysing data and identifying trends or anomalies.
• Strong understanding of maintaining confidential information and handling sensitive employee data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience within Early Childhood Education, education, disability services, aged care or a similarly regulated industry (desirable).
