State Sales Manager - VIC & SA

We are seeking a State Sales Manager to join our driven Sales Team and lead business development and account management for the Urban channel state-wide. This role can be located in either Melbourne or South Australia. The ideal candidate would drive revenue by building strong relationships with builders and merchants.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, your key responsibilities include:

• Providing strategic direction, management, and coaching to the State Sales Team.
• Developing and implementing plans to achieve revenue goals.
• Identify and grow new partnerships and key opportunities.
• Maintain and strengthen customer relationships.
• Lead and coordinate the team to achieve sales targets.
• Liaise with Customer Service, Planning and Logistics teams.
• Monitor competitors and contribute to market strategy.
• Maintain strong internal relationships and update knowledge regularly.

About You

• 3 + years sales experience in building, construction or manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of the residential building market
• Proven leadership and relationship management skills
• Initiative, problem-solving ability and customer focused mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
• Willingness to travel as required.
