The Role
Rosebank College is seeking an exceptional 0.4 FTE Stage 3 educator to join the College in a job-share teaching partnership with the Director of Stage 3 as we launch Year 5 in 2027.
This is a permanent part-time teaching position of two days per week, forming one part of a collaborative job-share arrangement for a Year 5 class. The successful applicant and the Director of Stage 3 will share responsibility for the class, working in close partnership to provide students with a consistent, cohesive and high-quality learning and pastoral experience across the week.

The success of this role will be underpinned by a strong professional partnership with the Director of Stage 3. Continuity, communication and collaborative planning will be central to the job-share model, ensuring shared expectations, consistent approaches to teaching and learning, and strong relationships with students and families.
Commencing in Term 4, 2026, the successful applicant will benefit from a supported transition period, providing time to build the job-share partnership, establish relationships with colleagues, engage deeply with the College's culture, and collaboratively design the learning experiences, structures and practices that will underpin Stage 3.
This is not simply a teaching position—it is an opportunity to help build something enduring while working within a highly collaborative teaching partnership.
For a collaborative and forward-thinking educator, this is a chance to make a lasting impact.
