What you'll be doing

Operate and monitor automated manufacturing machinery Perform firmware flashing and updates on electronics in accordance with production requirements. Conduct functional testing to confirm products meet required specifications Assemble electronics into enclosures. Accurately record traceability data throughout the manufacturing process. Prepare products for packing and dispatch in accordance with work instructions. Follow relevant quality, safety and production procedures to ensure products are manufactured consistently and to specification.

Who We're Looking For

Experienced in electronics manufacturing, with the ability to perform core tasks with minimal supervision. Experienced assembling, testing and reworking PCBAs and electronic products. Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to producing high-quality work. Someone who takes ownership of their work and isn't afraid to identify and address quality issues.

We're looking for someone who is meticulous and takes pride in producing excellent work. We're far more interested in what you can do, how you approach your work and the standards you hold yourself to than simply what's written on your CV.
