A proven hospitality leader who:

• Has strong experience as a Restaurant Manager in premium, high-volume venues
• Demonstrates strong commercial acumen and P&L ownership
• Is deeply guest-centric and understands the difference between black and white service, and HOSPITALITY in full colour
• Builds culture, accountability and team loyalty
