Senior Project Manager - Brand & Packaging

Leading brand identity and packaging projects from strategy through to production.Full-time | Potts Point, Sydney | 4 days studio / 1 day WFH
Squad is a branding and design studio creating distinctive product, venue and corporate brands. We specialise in premium food, beverage and wellness, partnering with ambitious founders and established businesses to build brands with enduring commercial value.
We're looking for an experienced Senior Brand Project Manager to join our team.
Working closely with founders Terry and Matthew Squadrito, you'll lead brand identity and packaging projects from strategy through to production. You'll be the day-to-day contact for clients, coordinating our team of strategists, designers and production partners while ensuring every project is delivered to the highest standard.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building brands from the ground up, understands the realities of packaging production, and thrives on bringing clarity and structure to complex creative projects.

What you'll be doingLead brand identity and packaging projects from strategy through to production.Guide studio and client teams through the branding process with confidence and clarity.Build trusted relationships with clients, suppliers and key stakeholders.Prepare project scopes, estimates, budgets and timelines.Coordinate designers, strategists, writers and production partners.Work alongside our in-house packaging specialist to coordinate artwork, print and production through to manufacture.Keep projects on schedule, on budget and running smoothly.Monitor project profitability and commercial performance.Identify opportunities to add value throughout each client relationship.Work closely with Terry and Matthew to ensure every project meets Squad's creative standards.
Skills & Experience4+ years' experience managing branding projects within a creative agency.Experience delivering brand identity and packaging projects.Excellent client management and communication skills.Good understanding of print and packaging production.Commercially minded with experience managing budgets and timelines.Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.Experience using Scoro or similar project management software is advantageous.
