We provide a range of material-handling and construction equipment to both business and individual customers.

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our Western Australia team. You will manage inbound enquiries while also actively developing new business through cold calling, local business visits and face-to-face prospecting.

Your Role

• Convert inbound enquiries into sales and proactively generate new business opportunities
• Conduct cold calls to identify and engage potential customers
• Visit local businesses and conduct face-to-face prospecting to develop new accounts
• Build relationships with customers across relevant industries and local business communities
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable equipment and solutions
• Follow up with prospective buyers and maintain a well-organised sales pipeline
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
• Build strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Record customer interactions, opportunities and follow-up activities accurately in the CRM

Who We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in cold calling, outbound sales, field sales or business development
• Confident conducting face-to-face customer visits and approaching new businesses
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• A sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed KPIs
• Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable working independently
• Experience in heavy equipment, automotive, construction, industrial products or a related industry is highly regarded
• Mandarin-speaking ability is advantageous but not essential
• A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally for customer visits
