About the role

Our beautiful campus overlooking the Canning River boasts excellent facilities and an undeveloped bushland that is a sanctuary for native wildlife in the heart of our city.
We are seeking a flexible and team-orientated Relief Administration Assistant to join the College on a casual basis.
This role will see you working alongside our dedicated Administration Team, providing support for the College in the coverage of Secondary School administrative functions including attendance, student services and reception cover.
Those with demonstrated administrative experience are encouraged to apply for this busy and rewarding role, which offers flexibility and comprehensive training within a collegial working environment.
Experience working within a school environment will be highly regarded.

Previous demonstrated experience in an administrative role.

A positive, welcoming and professional manner.
Advanced level IT skills
A strong understanding of and ability to maintain the privacy and confidentiality requirements of the role.
Demonstrated support for the Edmund Rice charism, Edmund Rice schooling, Catholic ethos and College Mission
Compliance Requirements
Hold a current Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance (or be willing to obtain)
Have or be prepared to obtain Accreditation to Work in a Catholic School
Hold appropriate Australian Work rights
