Entry Level Sales Assistant

Bobcat is a market leader in compact construction equipment. Bobcat is Australia’s top selling skid-steer & track loader brand, and has a leading range of Compact Excavators, Telescopic Handlers, Utility Vehicles and Attachments. Clark Equipment is the Bobcat distributor in Australia and is expanding its sales team across Australia. We sell to a vibrant customer base, from small-business owner-operators to large civil contractors and government bodies.

Clark Equipment seeks an energetic and driven Entry Level Sales Assistant that has the right attitude, drive and determination to succeed in a high paced and competitive environment. This position gives you the opportunity to learn about the Bobcat equipment range we sell, and the customers we support, in a mentored assistant within a Bobcat sales department. This position will provide you with skills to succeed within the business, with opportunities to advance within sales departments and beyond.

The Position

While learning from the Bobcat sales team, you will have multiple duties and responsibilities;

• Support the sales team throughout the sales process – attachment delivery, registrations, pre-delivery inspections and assist with used machine preparation

• Handle sales opportunities – this is your introduction to sales, as your welcome walk-in business, follow up incoming enquiries and transact sales

• Mentored learning – you will learn the skills to succeed from the best construction sales teams in the industry, backed up with a variety of online and hands-on training
