We’re looking for passionate Cooks, Chefs or Prep Chefs to join our team and help us deliver high quality dishes across our multiple kitchen outlets.

About the role

Every shift is different. Depending on your experience and strengths, you'll work across our various kitchen outlets preparing quality meals, supporting service and ensuring every guest receives an exceptional dining experience.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Preparing and cooking quality meals to club standards

• Food preparation and mise en place for service

• Working across a variety of sections including grill, larder, pans, pass and functions

• Supporting stock rotation and minimising waste

• Maintaining exceptional food safety and hygiene standards

• Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen team

• Contributing to a clean, organised and efficient kitchen

Who we're looking for:

We're looking for people who genuinely enjoy working in hospitality and take pride in what they do.

You'll be someone who:

• Has experience working in a commercial kitchen

• Is passionate about producing quality food

• Works well in a fast-paced environment

• Has a positive attitude and enjoys being part of a team

• Is reliable, organised and takes pride in their work

• Communicates well and supports those around them

• Is willing to learn and continue developing their skills

Whether your strength is grill, prep, functions, bulk cooking, short order cooking, restaurant service or pastry, we'd love to know what you bring to the team.

To be successful you'll have

• Previous experience as a Chef, Cook or Prep Chef

• Relevant trade qualification (for Chef positions)

• Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

• Availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• A genuine passion for hospitality
