We're not looking for just any Speech Pathologist.

We're looking for the one other Speechies turn to.

The clinician who naturally mentors others, enjoys solving complex clinical challenges and still loves making a genuine difference for participants.

What you'll be doing

• Mentor, coach and formally supervise Speech Pathologists.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy across home, school and community settings.
• Complete assessments and develop meaningful, individualised therapy goals.
• Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Physiotherapists and Behaviour Support Practitioners.
• Help build a positive clinical culture where clinicians genuinely enjoy coming to work.

• Are a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist.
• Have NDIS experience.
• Enjoy mentoring and developing other clinicians.
• Are passionate about evidence-based practice and leadership.
