About the role
Invida Property Management is a growing national property management business specialising in residential and co-living accommodation across Victoria, Western Australia and Queensland.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking proactive and highly motivated Field Agents – Leasing & Inspections to support our Melbourne portfolio.
This is a fast-paced, field-based role for someone who enjoys meeting people, takes ownership of results and is motivated to fill vacancies quickly.
Areas We Are Recruiting ForWe are recruiting Field Agents across two key Melbourne areas. Applicants should ideally live within or close to their preferred area to reduce travel time between properties.
Western MelbourneIncluding:
Werribee and Wyndham Vale
Tarneit and Truganina
Hoppers Crossing
Point Cook and Altona Meadows
Caroline Springs and Deer Park
Surrounding western suburbs
Including:
Craigieburn and Roxburgh Park
Broadmeadows and Glenroy
Epping and Lalor
Bundoora and Reservoir
Mickleham and Kalkallo
Doreen, Mernda and Whittlesea
Sunbury and Diggers Rest
Wallan and surrounding northern areas
You will take ownership of an allocated area and manage its open homes, inspections and field-based leasing activity.

This Is Not Traditional Residential LeasingIn co-living, one property can have five individual rooms to lease, meaning there may be several prospective tenants to contact, assist and follow up at the same time.
Simply opening the door is not enough.
We need a genuine go-getter who will pick up the phone, respond quickly to enquiries and take ownership of filling every available room.
You will need to understand what each prospective tenant is looking for, help them find the right home and confidently guide them through the leasing process.
Your energy, communication and follow-up will directly influence how quickly our properties are filled and the experience our prospective tenants receive.
Working Hours and AvailabilityThis is a full-time role requiring you to work five days and a total of 38 hours every week.
The required working arrangement is:
Four weekdays, generally between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm
Saturdays to accommodation for working professionals
Flexibility with weekday start and finish times to accommodate open homes
Administrative tasks completed during normal office hours
Every available property must be opened at least once each week, either:
After 5:00 pm on a weekday; or
On Saturday
Your agreed roster will total 38 hours across five days.
Every Saturday is a required working day. Please only apply if you can make an ongoing commitment to working a full day every Saturday.
Key ResponsibilitiesOwn your area: Take responsibility for vacancies and work with urgency to fill every available room quickly.
Run weekly inspections: Ensure every available property is opened at least once per week, including after-hours and Saturday opens.
Pick up the phone: Respond quickly, proactively follow up enquiries and help prospective tenants find the right Invida home.
Complete field inspections: Conduct entry, exit and routine inspections while identifying maintenance, presentation and compliance concerns.
Keep everything moving: Maintain accurate records in PropertyMe and IRE, complete administration on time and communicate closely with the Property Management team.
You are proactive, confident and comfortable picking up the phone. You do not wait for someone else to tell you what needs to happen next.
You understand that following up is a key part of leasing and are willing to keep working with prospective tenants until they find the right home.

To be considered, you must have:
Current Victorian Agent’s Representative Registration.
Current unrestricted driver’s licence.
A reliable vehicle.
Availability to work four weekdays and every Saturday.
Experience using PropertyMe and Inspect Real Estate is highly regarded.
Desirable ExperienceResidential leasing or property management.
Co-living or rooming accommodation.
Managing a geographically spread portfolio.
Leasing multiple rooms or properties simultaneously.
