About the Role
As the Home Care Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of home care services, ensuring exceptional client care, staff coordination, and compliance with industry standards. You will work closely with clients, their families, care workers, and health professionals to support ageing in place and enhance quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of caregivers, providing guidance and support.

• Develop and implement individualized care plans for clients.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, clients, and families to coordinate care.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse (EN) background with current registration or certification.

• Strong leadership and organisational skills.

• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices in home care.

• Proficiency with electronic health records and care management software.
