What You'll Do

Working closely with the Store Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations while leading and developing a team that delivers exceptional results.

• Support the delivery of sales targets, KPIs and business objectives

• Create a people-first culture by coaching, developing and empowering your team

• Lead from the front, spending the majority of your time on the shop floor delivering memorable customer experiences

• Drive team performance through regular coaching, feedback and development conversations

• Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members

• Execute brand standards and visual merchandising excellence throughout the store

• Assist with roster management and labour efficiency to achieve business targets

• Champion a safe, inclusive and engaging environment for both customers and team members

• Bring the Lacoste brand vision to life through exceptional service and operational excellence

Who You Are

• Proven experience as an Assistant Store Manager or Senior Retail Leader within a premium, fast-paced retail environment

• A results-driven leader with a strong "Make It Happen" attitude

• Passionate about coaching, developing and motivating high-performing teams

• Experienced in driving sales performance and achieving KPI targets

• Customer-obsessed, with a commitment to delivering best-in-class experiences

• A strategic thinker who can identify opportunities to drive growth and improve performance

• Confident managing operational responsibilities including rostering, visual merchandising and team development

• A collaborative team player who leads with energy, positivity and accountability
