Powers Rd Smash Repairs is looking for an experienced and qualified Panel Beater to join our busy, professional workshop in Seven Hills.

This is an excellent opportunity for a trade-qualified Panel Beater who is looking for stable, full-time employment in a modern workshop. You'll work on a variety of vehicles, carrying out quality repairs while meeting production deadlines and maintaining high workmanship standards. We are looking for someone who can confidently work independently when required, while also contributing positively as part of a team.

• Carry out quality panel repairs on a wide range of vehicles.

• Repair or replace damaged vehicle panels and components.

• Assess repair methods and identify the most efficient repair solutions.

• Meet production deadlines while maintaining exceptional workmanship.

• Work safely and efficiently in accordance with workshop procedures.

• Maintain a clean and organised work area.

• Work collaboratively with estimators, painters and other workshop staff.

• Assist with other workshop duties as required.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Trade qualification as a Panel Beater (essential).

• Current unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence (essential).

• Previous experience in the collision repair industry.

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent problem-solving and fault-finding skills.

• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality repairs.

• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workshop.

• Reliable, motivated and committed to meeting deadlines.
