Commercial Cleaners

Bayton is currently seeking reliable, hardworking and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaners to join our growing team across a range of commercial facilities throughout the Sydney metropolitan area, including data centre environments.

These roles are ideal for individuals with previous commercial cleaning experience who take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety and presentation.

Positions Available:

• Full-Time (Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:06pm)

• Full-Time (Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:06pm)

• Part-Time (Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 12:00pm)

• Part-Time (Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 1:00pm)

Key Responsibilities:

• General commercial cleaning duties across offices, amenities and common areas

• Cleaning floors, surfaces, kitchens, bathrooms and high-touch areas

• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards throughout facilities

• Waste removal and restocking consumable supplies

• Operating cleaning equipment and using cleaning chemicals safely

• Following workplace health and safety procedures

• Reporting maintenance, security or safety concerns promptly

About You:

• Previous commercial cleaning experience is essential

• Previous data centre cleaning experience is highly regarded

• Currently hold, or are able to obtain and maintain, a National Police Check

• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently or as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleaning standards

• Strong English communication skills and confident interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in secure commercial and data centre environments

• Understanding of workplace safety requirements and safe work practices
