Bosco is looking for an apprentice to join our passionate kitchen team. If you

would like to learn the skill of open fire cooking, thrive in a busy kitchen, and want to work with a team that

takes pride in their skills we would love to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Commitment to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards

• Ability to prioritise and work well under pressure

• Availability to work nights and weekends

• Professional, self-motivated, punctual, and well presented

• Able to follow instructions and work collaboratively with the team

Applicants must be Brisbane-based and able to start within 2 weeks.
