Purpose of the Role:

The Marketing Operations, & Lifecycle Manager (International) role is responsible for optimising the customer lifecycle journey through data-driven marketing operations, automation, and lifecycle programs. Aligns and evolves the MarTech ecosystem (website, CRM, and APIs) ensuring accurate tracking, attribution, & seamless cross-system lead flow.

What you’ll own

• Owns the operations strategy, lifecycle marketing programs, and MarTech ecosystem across UK and ANZ Designs, implements, and optimises customer, partner, and merchant lifecycle programs spanning acquisition, onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and growth.
• Manages automation, CRM integrations, lead scoring, segmentation nurture programs, and customer journey orchestration to improve conversion and lifetime value.
• Establishes and maintains attribution, reporting, dashboarding, and performance measurement that provide visibility of marketing contribution to pipeline and revenue.
• Partners with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Operations, and Technology to ensure lead flow, data integrity, across systems and touchpoints
• .Leads continuous optimisation of marketing processes, campaign execution, automation workflows, customer journeys, and data quality.
• Supports demand gen, retention, cross-sell, and growth by leveraging insights, behavioural data, and lifecycle analytics.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's Degree - Marketing
• Experience managing high volume CRM and marketing automation platforms, Salesforce along with Marketo and/or HubSpot, automation tools
• Typically Minimum 6 Years Relevant Exp marketing service or marketing agency experience with email automation experience.
• Prefer payments industry experience.Professional services, SaaS, fintech, finance also relevant
• Proven in Marketing Operations, Lifecycle Marketing, Marketing Automation, Revenue Operations, or CRM-led marketing environments
• Deep understanding of lifecycle marketing, customer journey mapping, lead management, attribution modelling, and marketing performance measurement.
• Experience managing CRM and marketing automation platforms, including Salesforce, Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot, or equivalent technologies
• Capability in segmentation, nurture program design, A/B testing, campaign optimisation, and conversion rate improvement.
• Strong analytical capability with experience translating marketing and customer data into actionable commercial insights and recommendations.
• Experience improving operational processes, governance, reporting and cross-functional working.
• Strategic thinker, aligns digital marketing initiatives to business objectives, growth priorities, and customer needs.
• Uses data, insights, and performance metrics to make informed decisions and continuously optimise marketing outcomes.
• Takes ownership and accountability for delivering high-quality digital programs that achieve measurable commercial results.
• Builds strong cross-functional relationships and collaborates effectively with marketing, sales, product, and external partners.
• Communicates clearly and confidently, translating digital performance and recommendations into actionable business insights.
