About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Store Person to join our busy team at our Maddington, WA Distribution Facility on a full-time basis.

This is a hands-on role suited to an experienced Forklift or High Reach Operator who takes pride in safe, efficient and well-organised warehouse operations.

You’ll work across receiving, replenishment, despatch and general warehouse operations, while supporting the team and helping drive continuous improvement. For the right person, this role offers a pathway into future leadership.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Operating forklifts and high reach machinery safely and efficiently

· Supporting receiving, replenishment, despatch and general warehouse operations

· Managing stock movement accurately

· Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse

· Supporting daily task coordination and mentoring junior team members

· Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

· A current Forklift Licence, with high reach experience highly regarded

· Minimum 3 years’ warehouse or distribution experience

· Strong understanding of safe working practices

· Good communication and teamwork skills

· A reliable, hands-on and proactive approach

· The ability to adapt to changing priorities

· A desire to develop your skills and progress into leadership
