Job Summary  

The Assistant Manager is a key member of the store leadership team, reporting to the Store Manager. They help drive results, coach and develop our Specialists and Educators, and consistently deliver outstanding guest experiences.

The Assistant Manager, Guest Experience (AM, GE) leads from the floor while building, developing, and inspiring a high-performing team. They foster an inclusive environment where team members feel a strong sense of belonging and are supported to grow. Responsible for hiring, onboarding, performance management, and development, they drive team success while consistently delivering exceptional guest experiences and product education.

The Assistant Manager, Operations (AM, Ops) ensures smooth and efficient store operations by managing labour, inventory, supplies, and facilities. They write schedules, oversee payroll and admin, and lead operational initiatives. By supporting guest experience from the floor, they drive operational excellence and contribute to the store’s performance and development.
