We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Representative to support sales activity across our Retirement Living portfolio. In this key role, you will understand customer needs, conduct village tours and sales appointments, nurture prospective residents through the sales journey and help achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced sales professional who enjoys building relationships, managing a pipeline and making a meaningful difference for older Australians and their families as they explore retirement living options.
Day To Day This Role Will See You
Conducting village tours and sales appointments for potential residents, families and authorised representativesManaging enquiries, leads and waitlists through the CRM platformDeveloping and maintaining strong relationships with customers, community groups and key stakeholdersWorking with the Marketing team to generate quality leads and support village sales events and exposPreparing weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts and pipeline updatesExplaining contracts, financial information and documentation clearly and professionallyFollowing up all leads within agreed timeframes and providing high-quality customer serviceSupporting a seamless transition for customers into their new home and servicesIdentifying market trends, competitor activity and opportunities for community engagement
To Be Successful In This Role You’ll Need
Minimum 3–5 years’ proven field sales experience, ideally within Retirement Living, property or a related sectorExperience achieving sales targets and increasing revenueExcellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skillsA self-motivated, results-driven approach with the ability to work independentlyStrong customer service focus and a friendly, approachable manner when working with older people and their familiesDemonstrated CRM/database experience and good reporting skillsGood attention to detail and confidence reading and explaining contracts and financial documentationUnderstanding of NSW Retirement Villages legislation would be highly regardedAustralian Driver LicenceCurrent Police Check
