About the opportunity
The Geriatric Evaluation and Management and GEM@Home Unit consists of a state of the art 30 bed inpatient ward with GEM/ TCP/ Rehabilitation that provides specialist in-patient care to the growing communities of the West. The Unit is based at Werribee Mercy Hospital. The unit is supervised by a Head of Unit and is made up of Geriatricians, an Advanced Trainee, BPT registrar, HMO’s and an Intern. There is a strong multidisciplinary team consisting of medical, nursing and allied health staff. In addition to ward responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to be involved in ACAS rounds as well as specialist clinics. Werribee Mercy Hospital is a teaching hospital of the University of Notre Dame.

A valid Full Driver's Licence
A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.
