We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded Group Accounting Manager to lead our financial accounting function across Australia and New Zealand, while supporting several international entities. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative organisation where you'll influence financial governance, strengthen controls, lead technical accounting excellence and develop a high-performing team.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Finance – Accounting and Integrations, you'll take ownership of the financial accounting, statutory compliance and governance of multiple entities across Australia, New Zealand and selected international locations.
Showcasing your technical accounting expertise, and demonstrated business partnering skills, you will work closely with a broad range of stakeholders, taking the time to understand the business requirements to establish yourself as a trusted advisor.
You'll thrive on building strong relationships and bringing a solutions-focused approach to your work. These strengths will enable you to mentor and develop your team while partnering with Commercial Finance to provide valuable financial insights that influence strategic business decisions.

What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who is naturally inquisitive, commercially minded and committed to creating value as we evolve our finance capability across the business. You will have;
The essentials:Formal qualifications (Bachelor of Finance or Accounting or related discipline) CA/CPA qualificationsDemonstrated successful background in a similar role within a manufacturing (multi-site) or product-based environmentExperience and working knowledge of ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
