Sales and Marketing Manager

Location: SEVEN HILLS, NSW

Job Type: Permanent position | Full time position

• Bachelor degree or higher qualification in Marketing, Business, Commerce or a related field or at least five years of relevant experience to substitute for the formal qualification.
• At least three years of relevant experience in sales, marketing or business development

In this role your main responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and revenue growth
• Identify new business opportunities across residential, commercial and project-based segments
• Manage and monitor sales pipelines, lead generation activities and conversion performance
• Plan and deliver marketing campaigns across digital platforms, advertising channels and industry networks
• Analyse market trends, customer insights and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers and industry stakeholders
• Oversee branding initiatives to enhance brand visibility and reputation in the renewable energy sector
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and performance reports for management review
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and operational delivery
• Drive continuous improvement in customer engagement, lead management and sales processes
• Represent the business at industry events, trade shows and networking opportunities where required

Skills, experience and attributes: To be considered for this opportunity you must have:

• Demonstrated experience in managing sales pipelines and delivering marketing campaigns
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive performance improvements
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High level of initiative, accountability and commercial awareness
• Interest in solar, renewable energy, or technical products will be highly regarded
