MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST - Permanent Part-time

TUNSTALL SQUARE FAMILY MEDICAL CENTRE – Donvale

We are seeking a friendly, caring and organised Medical Receptionist to join our well-established medical practice and supportive team.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has excellent communication and organisational skills

• Is friendly, professional and patient-focused

• Works well as part of a team

• Can remain calm and efficient under pressure

• Medical reception experience is preferred

• Knowledge of Pracsoft and MedicalDirector is preferred.

• Part-time: 17.5 hours per week

• No weekend or public holiday work

• Immediate start preferred

• Flexibility to cover sick leave and annual leave for other reception staff when required
