And now, as Vorwerk Australia continues its ambitious growth journey, we are looking for a Consultant Marketing Lead based in Melbourne, to support our Sales and Marketing plan.

The successful candidate must have the ability to proactively problem solve, showcase creativity in developing successful consultant communications plans, manage ad-hoc projects, and is committed to helping key stakeholders achieve strategic and operational business success.

About the role

• The ability to translate a marketing plan into a compelling and creative execution that is tailored to the consultant audience.
• A collaborative and proactive working approach to support consultant campaigns and communications by fostering effective stakeholder relationships across the business.
• Strong communication skills with high emotional intelligence and empathy.
• The ability to effectively manage time sensitive projects and communications to support the Field teams.
• Agility and composure within a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and the ability to handle embargoed information professionally.
