Our Souls are not pushy and do not use aggressive selling techniques. The client experience is more important than forcing a sale. With management support, Souls offer genuine, thoughtful service while following company processes and policies and fostering Le Labo’s culture of craftsmanship and unique in-store experiences.

Role Responsibilities

Create a welcoming store environment.Share knowledge of fine perfumery, the brand and the collection while building authentic client connections.Manage the lab, including compounding perfumes, ingredients, stock, labelling and boxing creations with care.Build the client database by gathering client information.Follow operational best practice, compliance and POS training guidelines.
