About the role
Community Living Association Inc. is seeking a practical, organised and values-led Compliance Officer to support our governance, quality, risk, safety and compliance systems.
Community Living Association Inc. is a community-based organisation committed to building inclusive communities and supporting people to live lives of meaning, connection and choice.
CLA works across disability, housing, child and family, community development and advocacy activities. Our work is grounded in human rights, inclusion, child safety, cultural safety, quality service delivery and good governance.
The Compliance Officer will work with the CEO, managers, team leaders and staff to make sure compliance obligations are identified, tracked, monitored and reported.

This role would suit someone who enjoys keeping things on track, improving systems, supporting staff, and helping a community organisation meet its obligations in a clear and consistent way.
You will bring:
Experience in the not-for-profit, disability, housing, child and family, or community services sector would be highly regarded.
