The Office Manager plays a central role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of Arvenica Pty. Ltd. This position oversees administrative systems, coordinates office resources, supports staff and client processes, and helps maintain the high standards of organisation and service delivery expected in a busy migration practice.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily office operations, including reception, correspondence, filing systems, and administrative workflows Coordinate diaries, appointments, and meeting schedules for the team
Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships Support the preparation and organisation of client documentation and internal records Maintain accurate databases and ensure compliance with administrative policies and procedures
Assist with staff coordination, onboarding support, and general workplace organisation Handle client enquiries professionally and escalate matters appropriately Contribute to continuous improvement of office systems and processes
Requirements: Australian citizens and permanent residents are encouraged to apply Associate Degree (or equivalent)
Minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office software Ability to work accurately with attention to detail in a professional services environment Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach
