Logistics Operations（Mandarin Speaker）

Key Responsibilities:Ø Support the daily operations of Distribution Centres (DC) and Delivery Stations (DS), ensuring efficient and compliant logistics processes.Ø Monitor operational KPIs, analyze performance data, identify process improvement opportunities, and support initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.Ø Track key metrics including inventory accuracy, delivery performance, transportation costs, and warehouse productivity. Assist in resolving operational issues such as inventory discrepancies, parcel exceptions, and process deviations.Ø Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Transportation, Customer Service, Procurement, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operational execution and timely issue resolution.Ø Prepare operational reports and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making and continuous business improvement.Ø Perform other operational and project-related duties as assigned.Candidate Requirements:Ø Must have full Australian work rights—citizenship, PR, or valid visa. Open to recent graduates. Background in Supply Chain Management is preferred.Ø Strong verbal and written communication in both English and Mandarin.Ø Proficient in MS Office and data analysis tools. Able to analyze, visualize, and interpret data. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or equivalent software is preferred.Ø High level of responsibility and resilience. Strong communication, coordination, and initiative. Prior experience in logistics or related industries is an asset.
