Reporting to the Transport Allocator, the successful applicant will be a hands-on, energetic team player who wants the learning curve, the experience, and the opportunities that this position will offer!

Duties and responsibilities involve:

• Conduct local routes within Sydney Metro in a safe and compliant manner

• From time to time, you will be required to perform yard work to support operational requirements.

• Completion and maintenance of relevant paperwork

• General house keeping and equipment maintenance

• Completion of mandatory checks of equipment, including pre start & temperature set checks

Skills & Experience

The candidates we are looking for:

• Hold a valid MC Licence

• Hold a current forklift licence advantageous

• Minimum 2 years driving experience

• Be polite and reliable, present well and have good communication skills

• Be able to work independently and as part of a team

• Safety focussed

• Knowledge of Sydney Metro area

• Experience working with temperature control products and equipment would be an advantage
