GKR Transport is looking for an experienced MC Driver to join our Perth team in a stable, full-time Monday-to-Friday role.

You’ll be out and about across the Perth Metro area completing local pickups and deliveries, operating manual Road Ranger prime movers and multiple trailer combinations.

This isn’t a role for someone still learning the ropes — we’re looking for a confident, experienced driver who knows their way around a Road Ranger gearbox, understands general freight and can comfortably manoeuvre and reverse multiple trailers in tight spaces.

What We’re Looking For

• Current MC Licence

• Minimum 3 years’ local general freight experience

• Strong experience operating Road Ranger gearboxes

• Excellent knowledge of the Perth Metro area

• Confident reversing and manoeuvring multiple trailers in tight spaces

• Solid knowledge of load restraint using a range of methods

• Experience with Tautliners, gates, tarps and general freight

• Good attention to detail when completing paperwork

• A strong focus on safety and looking after your gear

What You’ll Be Doing

• Completing local pickups and deliveries throughout Perth Metro

• Operating Tautliners and multiple trailer combinations

• Using gates, tarps and load restraint equipment safely and correctly

• Getting freight where it needs to be safely and on time

• Completing vehicle pre-start and end-of-day checks

• Maintaining a professional attitude with customers and the wider team
