Alto Body Paint, located within the state-of-the-art Audi Alto Macarthur facility, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Stripper & Fitter / Panel Beater to join our growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about cars and looking to build a long-term career in the automotive repair industry. You'll work alongside skilled professionals, gain hands-on experience, and receive comprehensive training in a modern workshop environment.

About the Role

As an Apprentice Stripper & Fitter, you will learn to:

• Remove and refit vehicle panels, trims, lights, and accessories

• Assist with vehicle disassembly and reassembly for repairs

• Support panel beating and repair preparation activities

• Maintain workshop cleanliness and safety standards

• Use workshop tools and equipment correctly and safely

• Work alongside experienced technicians to develop your skills

What We're Looking For

• Genuine interest in the automotive industry

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic

• Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

• Driver's licence (preferred but not essential)

• School leavers and first-year apprentices are encouraged to apply
