The Opportunity

We’re looking for two motivated university or TAFE students to join our 2027 Construction Cadetship Program, commencing in January 2027. This paid 11-month program provides hands-on experience across Estimating, Pre-Construction, Contracts Administration and Project Management while working alongside industry experts on some of Sydney’s most impressive residential projects.

About You

You are currently in your penultimate year of studying Construction Management, Building, Property, Architecture or a related discipline and are looking to gain practical industry experience while completing your degree.
