About the role
THE ROLE
As one of four Business Services Officers in the Children, Families and Safeguarding Division you will be responsible for providing business, coordination and administrative support to one of the division's branches. This role supports the Executive Director and other relevant executives to prioritise and progress urgent, sensitive or strategically important matters and provides quality assurance and coordination support. This includes the provision of high-quality records management, briefing support, meeting scheduling, and supporting HR and other business processes.
Your role will include working collaboratively with other business support staff as a team. The role will support the Office of the Deputy Secretary including in developing and contributing to planning, workflow and business processes across the Children, Families and Safeguarding Division.
