$36.40 - $39.71 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)
We are currently seeking passionate and keen Case Support Worker to join our PCYC Hervey Bay Youth Club as a part of our Youth Skills program. If you are enthusiastic and have a passion for helping disadvantaged youth, then we want to hear from you!
What we can offer
Your New Role
Reporting to the Program Coordinator - Youth Skills, you will be one of our many valuable Case Support Workers who work in close consultation with youth and community to provide individualised one-on-one support and assistance to at-risk youth gaining nationally recognised skills and vocational qualifications. You provide information, advice and referrals to service the participant's needs and undertake client focused casework, whilst safeguarding the wellbeing and safety of all program participants. We’re committed to fostering a supportive, respectful, and positive atmosphere where everyone is welcome.
