We’re seeking for an experienced Delivery Lead / Scrum Master to join a major technology transformation, leading the successful delivery of a significant upgrade to a business-critical IT system.
This is an exciting opportunity for an Agile leader who enjoys being hands-on, working closely with technical teams and stakeholders to remove obstacles and turn strategy into tangible outcomes.
About YouWe’re looking for someone with;Proven experience leading Agile delivery with complex technology and digital transformation environments.High level proficiency of Agile frameworks, delivery governance, backlog management and delivery practices.Experience leading and coordinating technical teamsStrong stakeholder management skillsExperience managing risks, issues, dependencies and competing priorities
Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Delivery: Lead and facilitate Agile delivery practices to maintain momentum and focus on business outcomes.Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure priorities and risks are actively managedGovernance & Reporting: Drive transparency through effective planning and delivery governanceQuality & Readiness: Ensure work is delivered to a high standard, balancing speed, quality and operational readiness
