About the Role

We have a variety of hands-on production roles available, suitable for different levels of experience. Depending on your skills and background, your duties may include:

• Operating and monitoring production machinery (basic to advanced)

• Manufacturing and packing dairy products

• Cleaning and maintaining production areas to food safety standards

✅ Day shift only – no night shifts, weekends, or rotating rosters
📈 Career development opportunities available for candidates with prior dairy or food manufacturing experience

About You

You will ideally bring:

• Previous experience in food manufacturing (dairy experience highly regarded)

• Minimum 6–12 months experience in a food manufacturing environment

• Good physical fitness – comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 15kg

• A reliable, proactive attitude with a strong work ethic

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• A positive, team-focused mindset and willingness to learn

• Australian work rights (essential)
