 We're looking for an experienced and energetic Events and Internal Communications Manager to join our North Sydney Support Office on a full-time, permanent basis.

Reporting to the Director of Sales and Operations, you'll lead network events, internal communications and engagement initiatives that connect our franchisees, clinic teams and support office. From major conferences and awards programs to business communications and culture initiatives, you'll help bring our people together and drive engagement across the ANZ business.  How You'll Make an Impact

• Deliver conferences, roadshows, education events, supplier events and support office initiatives.
• Lead flagship events, including Franchisee Conferences, Cosmetic Aesthetics Conferences and Awards Programs.
• Manage event logistics, suppliers, venues, accommodation, ticketing, speakers and catering.
• Create and deliver internal communications across franchise, clinic and support office teams.
• Produce newsletters, business updates, campaign communications and network announcements.
• Manage and enhance communication platforms.
• Drive franchisee and network engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate support office wellbeing, social, diversity, inclusion and culture programs.
• Build and manage supplier, venue and service provider relationships.
• Manage event budgets, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Bring to the Team

• Extensive experience in events, communications, stakeholder engagement in a similar role.
• Experience in a franchise, retail, beauty or multi-site business is highly regarded.
• Proven success delivering corporate events, conferences and engagement initiatives.
• Strong internal communications experience across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience managing event budgets, suppliers, venues and external partners.
• Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
