Territory Account Manager – SurveyBundoora, VIC

This is a relationship-focused sales and business development role responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic customer partnerships, and expanding Aptella’s presence across the Victorian and Tasmanian surveying and geospatial markets.

You’ll work closely with customers, technical specialists, and internal teams to deliver innovative technology solutions that help customers improve project outcomes, productivity, and operational efficiency.

• Drive sales growth across surveying, positioning, and geospatial technology solutions throughout Victoria and Tasmania
• Build strong customer relationships and become a trusted advisor within your territory
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across survey, construction, engineering, mining, and infrastructure sectors
• Manage customer accounts, territory plans, and sales pipelines to achieve growth objectives
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations, presentations, and solution-based sales conversations
• Prepare and present proposals that align customer requirements with business outcomes
• Collaborate with technical and service teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements
• Participate in industry events, networking opportunities, and marketing initiatives
• Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and opportunity management through CRM systems

You are a proactive and commercially focused sales professional with strong relationship-building skills and a passion for technology and customer success.

You bring:

• Experience in business development, account management, or technical sales within surveying, construction, geospatial, engineering, mining, or related industries
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to build long-term customer relationships and identify growth opportunities
• A solutions-focused mindset with strong commercial acumen
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confidence working independently while collaborating across multiple teams
• Strong computer and CRM system capability
• Willingness to travel throughout Victoria and Tasmania to support customers and develop new business opportunities

Experience with surveying equipment, GNSS, total stations, laser scanning, machine control, geospatial software, or positioning technologies will be highly regarded.
