About the Role

As a Dental Assistant/Receptionist you’ll play a key role in clinical treatment. You’ll confidently and expertly provide high quality clinical and administrative assistance to practice clinicians, as well as engage with patients in a positive and professional way. Your energetic nature and strong organisational skills will help to ensure the ongoing success of the practice and the satisfaction of patients.

Skills & Experience

You have:

• Proven 3 years experience as a Dental Assistant/ Receptionist

• Certificate in Dental Assisting - essential

• Sound computer literacy skills with proficiency in the MS Office suite

• Previous experience using Dental 4 Windows (D4W) - desirable

• Availability to work Saturday

You are:

• Highly professional, with a polished image and good personal presentation

• Excellent organisational, written and verbal communication skills 

• A caring and friendly personality with a strong patient focus 

• Extremely organised, with the ability to prioritise busy workloads and manage multiple demands within required timeframes

• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
