Comgroup Supplies is Australia's most diverse and experienced food manufacturing organisation. We are a fast-paced, proactive company delivering innovative, high-quality meat products to our customers nationally and internationally.

We are currently looking for multiple Manufacturing Team Members to join our ever-growing production team, located at our Cleveland site.

🌤️🌑 CURRENTLY AVAILABLE:

• Monday to Friday + some Saturdays OR 2 to 3 days a week + on call.

• AM shift: 4.00-6.30am to 1.00-2.30pm.

• PM shift: 1.00-2.30pm to Finish (typically 10.00-11.00pm - dependent on daily production).

🏭 DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Working on various sections of the food manufacturing production line.

• Machine operation, including blending, forming, slicing, packing, palletising, etc.

• Performing fast-paced assembly and packing tasks.

• Accurately packing products by weight.

• Loading and unloading raw materials/finished products.

• Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet the required standards.

• Meeting daily production targets.

• Maintaining a clean workstation.

🦺 REQUIREMENTS OF THIS ROLE:

• Food manufacturing or production line experience.

• Machine operating experience - blender, formax/forming/slicing, robotic palletiser, pro-pac/packing machinery (highly desirable but not a requirement).

• Good written and oral communication skills.

• Basic understanding of GMP and food handling standards.

• Ability to follow OH&S and safe operating procedures for all machinery and work environments.

• Fit and healthy – able to lift 25kg +.

• Available to work weekends if required.

• Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle to get to and from work.

• Permanent working rights in Australia - citizen or permanent resident.
