 About the Role

The Aftermarket Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of Fowlerex's aftermarket business, including spare parts, service and preventative maintenance activities.

The role supports customers throughout the lifecycle of their equipment by providing timely technical and administrative assistance while helping to identify opportunities to grow spare parts sales, preventative maintenance and service work.

This position plays an important role in supporting the continued growth of Fowlerex aftermarket business and delivering a high level of service to our customers.

The role may involve front line delivery of service work at customer sites. Equipment specific training and familiarisation will be provided for this aspect to ensure safe and successful delivery of any such services.

About You

We're looking for someone who is organised, customer-focused and mechanically minded, with the ability to build strong relationships and coordinate multiple priorities.

This role would suit a recent engineering graduate, someone currently studying engineering, a mechanically minded tradesperson, or an experienced parts or service coordinator looking to build a long-term career in industrial aftermarket support.

·        Ability to read / understand technical drawings and documents.

·       Current driver's license, with willingness to travel to customer sites as required

Desirable Attributes

·        Engineering qualification (completed or in progress), trade qualification, or equivalent industry experience

·        Prior experience in parts, service or aftermarket coordination role

·        Experience with ERP or CRM systems
