Site Supervisor (Commercial)

The Role

Reporting to the Project Manager and Construction Director, you will be responsible for the successful day-to-day management of commercial construction sites, ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all on-site activities

• Manage subcontractors, suppliers and direct labour

• Maintain strict compliance with WHS and quality requirements

• Conduct site meetings and liaise with clients and consultants

• Review drawings and specifications to ensure accurate construction

• Identify and resolve site issues proactively

• Maintain site records and provide regular progress updates

• Ensure projects are delivered on time

About You

• A hands-on site leader who takes pride in workmanship and enjoys building strong relationships with your team and stakeholders.

• Previous experience supervising commercial construction projects

• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and quality finishes

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and site teams

• Thorough knowledge of WHS legislation and site safety practices

• Current Construction White Card

• Current Driver Licence

• Trade qualification in Carpentry or related field

• QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (preferred)

• Certificate IV or Diploma in Building and Construction (preferred)
