Operations Support

Crimp-Tech Australia specialises in the supply and calibration management, of high-reliability tooling for the Private Aviation MRO and Renewable Energy sectors.

We are seeking a dependable team member to support our Commercial Support operations. This role plays a key part in supporting customer requirements, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring the smooth flow of day-to-day business operations.

We are looking for someone with strong learning capacity who is curious, adaptable and detail-oriented.

• Manage customer quotations, enquiries and order processing.

• Coordinate suppliers, deliveries and customer requirements.

• Monitor supplier commitments, shipment status and lead times while maintaining accurate records and communicating realistic delivery expectations to customers.

• Strong Excel skills.

• Accurate and efficient data entry capability.

• Curiosity and a willingness to learn.

• Good judgement and common sense.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

Previous experience in coordination, logistics, or similar service roles will be viewed favourably but is not essential.

We are more interested in a candidate's ability to learn, think critically, solve problems and manage information accurately than specific industry experience.
